Closing an account
13.1 Either Party can terminate any or all Relationship Documents and/or, in the case of the Bank, withdraw any or all of the Services or close any Account by giving 30 days' prior written notice to the other.

However, if despite our best efforts you are not entirely satisfied with our handling of your case, you have the right to refer the matter to the Complaint Processing Centre Enforcement Department of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority ("HKMA") … For sole proprietor and small enterprise, you may also refer complaints that involve monetary dispute to the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre ("FDRC")
