Closing an account

13.4 We may terminate the provision of any or all of the Services at any time and close your Altery Account, for any reason, by giving you at least ninety (90) days prior written notice.

15.1 If you are not a Large Enterprise or Large Charity: … (b) we may terminate the Agreement by notifying you not later than 2 (two) months in advance. 15.2 If you are a Large Customer or Large Charity, either party may terminate this Agreement by giving at least two months’ notice in writing to the other.
