ANNA Money closed or froze your business account: what its terms say
As of October 9, 2026, these are ANNA Money’s own words on closing accounts: the notice it gives, the reasons it names and where a complaint can go next.
Notice before closing
for an Account opened on or after 28 April 2026, if we give you at least 90 days' notice and refund the Available Balance to you without charge; or
Reasons it names for closing or suspending an account
with immediate effect and without any prior notice if you, any Cardholder or Account User have breached this Agreement, or if we believe that you or any Cardholder or Account User have used, or intend to use the Card or Account for a Prohibited Activity or Prohibited Purpose, in a grossly negligent manner or for other unlawful purposes, or if we can no longer process your transactions due to the actions of third parties, or if we are unable to verify your identity or otherwise unable to apply our customer due diligence measures to you.
Complaints and where to go next
18.3 If we fail to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction you may refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (Exchange Tower, London E14 9SR, phone 0800 023 4567).
These are the provider’s published terms, not legal advice. Your own agreement and the law where your company is may give you more.
