Satchel closed or froze your business account: what its terms say
As of October 9, 2026, these are Satchel’s own words on closing accounts: the notice it gives, the reasons it names and where a complaint can go next.
Notice before closing
10.7. Satchel is entitled to terminate relations, including concluded agreements (without any reason) with the Client, with a prior 60 (sixty) days’ notice.
Reasons it names for closing or suspending an account
10.6. Satchel may terminate the Agreement and close the Account with immediate effect if any of the following occurs: … (d) continuing to provide the Services would expose Satchel to legal, regulatory, financial or reputational risk that cannot reasonably be mitigated;
Complaints and where to go next
(b) for non-consumers – the right to refer the dispute to the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
These are the provider’s published terms, not legal advice. Your own agreement and the law where your company is may give you more.
