As of October 9, 2026, these are Found’s own words on closing accounts: the notice it gives, the reasons it names and where a complaint can go next.
Notice before closing
We may close your Account at any time upon reasonable notice to you and tender the Account balance by mail or transfer to the Linked Account.
Reasons it names for closing or suspending an account
Reasonable notice depends on the circumstances, and in some cases, such as when we cannot verify your identity or we suspect fraud, it might be reasonable for us to give you notice after the Account closure becomes effective.
Complaints and where to go next
The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (the “AAA Rules”) then in effect, except as modified by these Terms.
