Rho closed or froze your business account: what its terms say
As of October 9, 2026, these are Rho’s own words on closing accounts: the notice it gives, the reasons it names and where a complaint can go next.
Notice before closing
Rho can terminate or suspend performance hereunder and any Rho Service provided hereunder (including any addendum hereto) at any time for no reason or for any reason without prior notice to or consent from you.
Reasons it names for closing or suspending an account
Rho also reserves the right to suspend supply of the Rho Services or terminate this Agreement without prior notice to you in the event that Rho determines, in its sole discretion, that continuing to perform hereunder would expose Rho to excessive risk, whether legal, regulatory, compliance, security, financial, reputational or otherwise.
Complaints and where to go next
Any arbitration between you and Rho will be settled under the Federal Arbitration Act and administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”). … To report a complaint relating to the bank services, email clientservice@rho.co with respect to Webster.
These are the provider’s published terms, not legal advice. Your own agreement and the law where your company is may give you more.
