Notice before closing
We may at any time, by notice to you and without giving any reason, close your business account or terminate a service. The notice may, if necessary, take effect immediately.
Reasons it names for closing or suspending an account
Without affecting or limiting paragraph 2.1 above, we may close your account and terminate the services with shorter notice or without notice if we consider appropriate, in particular having regard to tax, legal or regulatory requirements, or where the account is being used or is suspected of being used for illegal activities.
Complaints and where to go next
If you are not entirely satisfied with our handling of your case, you may refer your case to Financial Dispute Resolution Centre (FDRC) for monetary disputes.
