Grasshopper Bank closed or froze your business account: what its terms say
As of October 9, 2026, these are the parts of Grasshopper Bank’s terms on closing accounts that we could quote; where we hold no quote, the page says what we read.
Notice before closing
Closing Account. We may close the account at any time, with or without cause, after sending you notice if advance notice is required by law. If applicable, a notice may be sent to you that specifies when the account will be closed.
Reasons it names for closing or suspending an account
the Bank may terminate, suspend or restrict some or all of the Client’s access to the Services under the Agreement, with or without cause, at any time immediately upon notice to the Client. Without limiting the foregoing, the Bank reserves the right to automatically terminate the Client’s access to all or any part of the Services in the event the Client’s use of a Service is inactive for a period of 180 days.
Complaints and where to go next
When we read its documents on October 9, 2026, we found no published complaints route.
These are the provider’s published terms, not legal advice. Your own agreement and the law where your company is may give you more.
