AMINA Bank closed or froze your business account: what its terms say
As of October 9, 2026, these are AMINA Bank’s own words on closing accounts: the notice it gives, the reasons it names and where a complaint can go next.
Notice before closing
Either of the Client or AMINA is entitled to terminate the business relationship with immediate effect and to terminate or call in any credit facility approved or drawn down unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Reasons it names for closing or suspending an account
AMINA is entitled to restrict or cease its provision of services to the Client in full or in part where it deems this to be required, in its discretion, to comply with applicable laws or regulations (including with regard to any sanctions, embargoes or similar measures),
Complaints and where to go next
If you are still not entirely satisfied with our final response, you can refer your case to the Swiss Ombudsman Service: … Swiss Banking Ombudsman
