16.1 We can terminate this Agreement and close your Account at any time: 16.1.1 if we give you 90 days' notice and refund the Available Balance to you

16.1.2 with immediate effect if any of the following conditions have been met: … (j) you fall outside of Griffin or TransactPay's risk appetite or you are no longer eligible for an Account with us.
