9 Ekim 2026 itibarıyla Payset hesap kapatma hakkında kendi sözleriyle şunları söylüyor: verdiği bildirim süresi, belirttiği nedenler ve şikâyetin sonra nereye gidebileceği.

20.4 Each of the parties to this Agreement is entitled to terminate the Agreement with a prior 30 (thirty) days written notice given to the other party.

20.2 This Agreement may be terminated, your Account suspend or refused to be reactivated, immediately by Pay Set in one of the following events: … 20.2.7 if Pay Set in its sole discretion decides that you no longer meet Pay Set clients’ profile;

(ii) If the complaint is not resolved by the end of a reasonable period or if you are dissatisfied with our assessment and ruling, you are entitled to refer the complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (“FOS”) in accordance with the applicable regulations.
