9 Ekim 2026 itibarıyla Green Link Digital Bank hesap kapatma hakkında kendi sözleriyle şunları söylüyor: verdiği bildirim süresi, belirttiği nedenler ve şikâyetin sonra nereye gidebileceği.

The Bank may, upon fourteen (14) days (or such period as the Bank may determine from time to time in its sole and absolute discretion) prior written notice to the Customer terminate and/or suspend any Account without giving any reason whatsoever.

Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, upon the occurrence of any of the following events, the Bank shall be entitled (without demand or notice) to terminate and/or suspend the Account(s) with immediate effect: … (b) the Customer's failure to comply with any Applicable Laws;

the Customer and the Bank may proceed to commence other forms of dispute resolution, including mediation at the Financial Industry Disputes Resolution Centre Ltd (“FIDReC”) where the Bank is a FIDReC member.
