Zakelijke rekening opgezegd of geblokkeerd door Green Link Digital Bank: wat de voorwaarden zeggen
Per 9 oktober 2026 zijn dit de eigen woorden van Green Link Digital Bank over het opzeggen van rekeningen: de opzegtermijn, de genoemde redenen en waar een klacht daarna heen kan.
Opzegtermijn
The Bank may, upon fourteen (14) days (or such period as the Bank may determine from time to time in its sole and absolute discretion) prior written notice to the Customer terminate and/or suspend any Account without giving any reason whatsoever.
Genoemde redenen om een rekening op te zeggen of te blokkeren
Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, upon the occurrence of any of the following events, the Bank shall be entitled (without demand or notice) to terminate and/or suspend the Account(s) with immediate effect: … (b) the Customer's failure to comply with any Applicable Laws;
Klachten en waar u daarna terechtkunt
the Customer and the Bank may proceed to commence other forms of dispute resolution, including mediation at the Financial Industry Disputes Resolution Centre Ltd (“FIDReC”) where the Bank is a FIDReC member.
