9 Ekim 2026 itibarıyla Emirates NBD hesap kapatma hakkında kendi sözleriyle şunları söylüyor: verdiği bildirim süresi, belirttiği nedenler ve şikâyetin sonra nereye gidebileceği.
Kapatmadan önce bildirim
The Bank will provide you with written notice as per Applicable Law before closing your Account, including reasons for the closure, unless the Bank is required to close your Account due to any suspected violation of Applicable Law or for prevention of fraud or financial crimes on your Account.
Hesabı kapatma veya askıya alma için belirttiği nedenler
The Bank may close your Account in certain circumstances, including: … if you are no longer a resident of the UAE; … where the Bank considers it necessary to do so, for the prevention of money laundering; … if there are any other valid reasons why the Bank believes it is necessary to do so.
