Accepteert Qonto bedrijven in de sector crypto? (oktober 2026)
Op 6 oktober 2026 hanteert Qonto SA (ACPR) geen regel voor de sector crypto als geheel, volgens het eigen gepubliceerde beleid. Per activiteit: Cryptobeurs / OTC: Accepteert geen bedrijven zonder vergunning; Cryptobeurs / OTC: Onder voorwaarden; Cryptobetalingen, bewaring, on/off-ramp: Accepteert geen bedrijven zonder vergunning; Cryptobetalingen, bewaring, on/off-ramp: Onder voorwaarden; Web3-infrastructuur (geen klantgelden): Accepteert dit niet.

Mining, staking, creation and/or commercialization of NFTs, blockchain development, development of wallets (hot & cold wallets), decentralized exchange, PSAN activity without registration.
On the other hand, you cannot use your Qonto account to collect funds on behalf of third parties for activities related to your clients buying/selling crypto-assets, and/or operating a platform. For the actors concerned, you must be registered or licensed to carry out your activities under local law (e.g. registration of PSAN with the AMF).
