¿Acepta Qonto empresas del sector cripto? (octubre de 2026)
A fecha de 6 de octubre de 2026, Qonto SA (ACPR) no tiene una regla para el conjunto de las empresas del sector cripto, según su política publicada. Por actividad: Exchange de criptomonedas / OTC: No para empresas sin licencia; Exchange de criptomonedas / OTC: Con condiciones; Pagos cripto, custodia, on/off-ramp: No para empresas sin licencia; Pagos cripto, custodia, on/off-ramp: Con condiciones; Infraestructura Web3 (sin fondos de clientes): No acepta.

Mining, staking, creation and/or commercialization of NFTs, blockchain development, development of wallets (hot & cold wallets), decentralized exchange, PSAN activity without registration.
On the other hand, you cannot use your Qonto account to collect funds on behalf of third parties for activities related to your clients buying/selling crypto-assets, and/or operating a platform. For the actors concerned, you must be registered or licensed to carry out your activities under local law (e.g. registration of PSAN with the AMF).
