If we want to close your account or end this agreement, we'll normally give you notice and explain the reasons for our decision before we do this. We'll give you 90 days' notice if your account is a payment account.

In some situations we may close your account or end this agreement immediately without telling you first. We'll only do this if we reasonably believe that: … You've misused your account. This will include, for example, if you use your account in connection with a crime or offence.
