Stand 9. Oktober 2026 sind das die eigenen Worte von ADCB zum Kündigen von Konten: die Frist, die genannten Gründe und wohin eine Beschwerde als Nächstes gehen kann.
Kündigungsfrist
While the Bank shall use reasonable endeavours to notify you before taking action under Clause 16.1, it shall have the right to do so without notifying you in advance.
Genannte Gründe für Kündigung oder Sperrung
The Bank may close your Account and/or terminate your use of or access to all or any of the ADCB Offerings (including any specific part or parts of any particular ADCB Offering) without assigning any reasons for such closure or termination.

If you feel that you are still not satisfied with the result or the manner in which your complaint was handled, you may refer the matter to Sanadak which is an independent Ombudsman Unit
