We may give you two (2) months' notice in writing that your status as a Client has been terminated, but these Terms shall continue to apply to any contract or Trade then in place.
When the Client believes that iBanFirst’s response is not satisfactory or when iBanFirst does not answer the complaint within a reasonable time, the consumer may address a complaint to http://www.ombudsfin.be/ or to the local financial dispute resolution body.
