The Bank shall give the Customer reasonable notice of any such closure, suspension or termination.

Any Account or Service offered by the Bank under these General Conditions is offered at the Bank's sole and absolute discretion and may be closed or discontinued, in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently at any time, for any reason.
