12.3.3. The Bank has the right to cancel the Contract en- tered into with a corporate client unilaterally in justified cases by notifying the client who is a legal entity about this at least one (1) month in advance.

Failing agreement between the parties, the client shall be entitled to contact a national supervisory authority (Financial Supervision Authority, Consumer Protection and Technical Surveillance Board) or file a claim with a court in order to resolve the dispute and/or obtain an additional independent assessment.
