Unless a specific duration or period of notice has been agreed, both the Client and the Bank may terminate the entire business relationship or parts thereof at any time without giving reasons and subject to a reasonable period of notice.
Hesabı kapatma veya askıya alma için belirttiği nedenler
Good cause entitling the Bank to terminate the contract with immediate effect shall be deemed to exist in particular if … (v) criminal proceedings for money laundering or associated predicate offences are conducted against the Client.
