If we terminate the merchant’s agreement, we will notify the merchant 60 days in advance.
Названные причины закрытия или блокировки счёта
We may terminate agreement immediately if we reasonably suspect or determine that: … the merchant is using the services for activities related to those provided on the prohibited activities list;
Жалобы и куда обращаться дальше
In case our response to the merchant’s complaint was not satisfactory, or in case such response was not given within the timeframes set in the paragraph above, the merchant has the right to bring the claim to the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
