12.7. XPATE may end this Agreement and close the Customer’s XPATE Account. XPATE may end this Agreement and terminate the Customer’s XPATE Account or any Services by giving two months prior notice, where required.

14.3. The actions XPATE may take if the Customer engages in any restricted activity.
