Per 16 oktober 2026 zijn dit de eigen woorden van xpate over het opzeggen van rekeningen: de opzegtermijn, de genoemde redenen en waar een klacht daarna heen kan.
Opzegtermijn
12.7. XPATE may end this Agreement and close the Customer’s XPATE Account. XPATE may end this Agreement and terminate the Customer’s XPATE Account or any Services by giving two months prior notice, where required.
Genoemde redenen om een rekening op te zeggen of te blokkeren
14.3. The actions XPATE may take if the Customer engages in any restricted activity. In case XPATE suspects or has reasonable grounds to believe that the activities in the precedent sections have occurred, XPATE may take several actions to protect XPATE, our customers and others at any time at our sole discretion. … 14.3.1.
