Zakelijke rekening opgezegd of geblokkeerd door Paysera: wat de voorwaarden zeggen
Per 9 oktober 2026 zijn dit de eigen woorden van Paysera over het opzeggen van rekeningen: de opzegtermijn, de genoemde redenen en waar een klacht daarna heen kan.
Opzegtermijn
Paysera has the right to terminate the Agreement and its Supplements unilaterally and refuse to provide services without indicating the reason, notifying the Client thereof 60 (sixty) days in advance by means provided in Article 10 of the present Agreement.
Genoemde redenen om een rekening op te zeggen of te blokkeren
Paysera also has the right to terminate the Agreement and its Supplements unilaterally and refuse to provide services for the reasons stated in Clause 12.2 of the present Agreement, notifying the Client thereof 30 (thirty) days in advance by the means provided in Article 10 of the present Agreement. In cases when it turns out that the Client is committing a criminal and/or illegal activity using the Account, Paysera has the right to terminate the Agreement with 5 days' notice.
