Zakelijke rekening opgezegd of geblokkeerd door ConnectPay: wat de voorwaarden zeggen
Per 9 oktober 2026 zijn dit de eigen woorden van ConnectPay over het opzeggen van rekeningen: de opzegtermijn, de genoemde redenen en waar een klacht daarna heen kan.
Opzegtermijn
13.2. Without prejudice to item 13.5 below, ConnectPay shall be entitled to unilaterally terminate these Terms and Conditions or any of the Service Agreements and refuse to provide the Services by specifying an objective and important reason of termination by giving a 60 (sixty) days’ written notice
Genoemde redenen om een rekening op te zeggen of te blokkeren
13.5. ConnectPay is entitled to terminate these Terms of Conditions with immediate effect, terminate provision of the Services to the Customer or User and close the User Account and Account if the Customer and/or User is in breach of provision 10.1 of these Terms and Conditions.
Klachten en waar u daarna terechtkunt
Scope: For both consumers and corporate clients. Use this if you believe ConnectPay has violated financial market regulations supervised by the Bank of Lithuania.
