Stand 1. Oktober 2026: Airwallex (UK) Ltd (FCA) hat für Unternehmen aus dem Bereich Krypto insgesamt diese Regel, laut eigener veröffentlichter Richtlinie: Unter Bedingungen. Für einzelne Tätigkeiten gilt etwas anderes: Kryptobörse / OTC: Nicht für Unternehmen ohne Lizenz; Krypto-Zahlungen, Verwahrung, On/Off-Ramp: Nicht für Unternehmen ohne Lizenz.
