Zakelijke rekening opgezegd of geblokkeerd door Rapyd Business Account: wat de voorwaarden zeggen
Per 9 oktober 2026 zijn dit de eigen woorden van Rapyd Business Account over het opzeggen van rekeningen: de opzegtermijn, de genoemde redenen en waar een klacht daarna heen kan.
Opzegtermijn
By Rapyd: we may terminate, or suspend the the Services and your ability to access funds in your Account, (as we deem fit, in our sole discretion) at any time by giving you: … At least a two (2) months notice; or
Genoemde redenen om een rekening op te zeggen of te blokkeren
Without notice and/or with immediate effect if one of the following applies: … we determine in our sole discretion that you are ineligible for the Services because of significant fraud or credit risk, or any other risks associated with your Account
Klachten en waar u daarna terechtkunt
If a dispute or claim is still not resolved through amicable negotiation (including any dispute on the existence, validity or termination of these Terms), you irrevocably consent to the matter being referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Hong Kong administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (“HKIAC”).
